The Louisville Metro Department of Housing and Family Services has been collecting citizen input on the city’s new 5-year plan for HUD funding since May.  Your opinions as a grassroots leaders in our community is vital to the planning process.  The deadline to participate in the “Community Needs Survey” is Monday, November 16^th.
